    visited 3 times even left a deposit for parts and nobody got back to me and when I went to get the parts they were not ready and was told to wait for a phone call that was nearly 4 weeks ago Don't see any offer to Refund this deposit either USELESS

    Very, very helpful. I called for a part for my BMW E46 and they said it was available. Arrived at the yard, where they located the part on the vehicle, removed it and charged me a very reasonable price. Thanks again!
